We now specialise in periodic inspecting and testing of electrical installations - whether domestic, commercial or industrial - and are able to complete testing and inspection, providing you with a detailed report on the condition of your electrical installation.
All of our work conforms to BS 7671: IEE wiring regulations. From an inspection report we can determine if remedial works are required to bring the installation up to the recommended standards.
This report is recognized and increasingly required by councils, major insurance companies and mortgage lenders. We are also fully 'Part P' approved.
We recommended that periodic inspection and testing is carried out at least every:
- 10 years for a domestic installation
- 5 years for a commercial installation
Current legislation requires that electrical installations are maintained in a safe condition and therefore must be periodically tested.
